Tioga Velo Club is the premier sport / performance oriented cycling club in the greater Binghamton, N.Y. area. (Upstate N.Y., USA)  The Tioga Velo Club has existed since the early 1980's and current membership is as strong as it has ever been.  TVC is a long standing member of USA Cycling, the governing body for the sport in the United States.

The principal purpose of the club web site is to communicate club activities, member achievements, upcoming races and training events, and to promote the sport of cycling in general.
